Re: Wishing everyone joy

This site has brought me alot of comfort during some pretty

uncomfortable times. I'm happy to have been guided here. I thank

everyone for their support and I really treasure all of you.

I'm hoping the new year is much better for any of us who had it

tough, and for those who had a good year, I hope 2006 is even better.

Yesterday my family gathered at my sister's house. One of my

sisters hasn't seen me since before my explant and she called me

later to tell me that I look so much healthier than I did the last

time she saw me (October). She said I might still feel pretty

poorly on the inside, but she feels I should be encouraged by the

fact that I look healthier on the outside.

Great that your family is noticing. That should encourage you a lot.

Sis - that's great that your sister noticed you look better. I

always wonder if everyone else who got sick from implants looked

sick. I think though I may not have looked sick, there is just a

certain look about me that didn't look healthy. I can see it in

pictures. I look old and tired in most of the pictures. We went

somewhere last night that we go each year, and I when my memories of

last year came back to me, I remembered how awful I felt, and it

really hit me how much better I feel now. When I look at my daily

life, I can't always say that my health is improved, but when I was

able to compare to last year - it was very obvious. Hope this made

sense!!

Hugs,

Hi Cherie - pictures taken during my 6 months with implants don't

look good, either. I remember I took on kind of a grayish cast - my

coloring looked different. I was feeling good for about a month

after the surgery and haven't felt that great lately. Stress and

not eating well are probably to blame - just started eating my raw

veggies again, and drinking water. Now that the holiday rush is

over and I've got a break from school, I'm going to devote more time

to detoxing and putting the right stuff in my body.

Sis - I can't believe what a difference it makes to put the right

stuff in your body. I am learning first hand. While I was away -

for just 24 hours - I ate badly, snacking on junk food and had a big

buffet breakfast (including waffles and syrup!!) By afternoon all

of my pain was back and I could barely get out of the chair. My

sinuses were inflammed and I felt really depressed. Today my pain

is still there, but my energy seems better. It's hard for me to eat

right when I'm away from home! Are your vegies organic?
