Hi Sis. I took Fungal first and felt horrible! Then once I started

the Primal it was like taking a medicine that made me feel 10 times

better. I would suggest that since you are sensitive you may want to

start with Primal and let it build your system up a little bit

before taking the fungal.... and never take them together! I did

that and threw up all night long. LOL

I think if you take Primal first and then Fungal, you risk part of the

bacteria Primal built back up, being killed by the Fungal. Rogene is the

expert here, Rogene is this possible? I know with other anti-fungals and

probiotics it does happen.

Yes, and you would have to take the Primal again after the Fungal. But

if you are sensitive and the fungal makes you ill then it is worth it

to boost your probiotics first in order to handle it better.

As I understand it, Fungal Defense is the stronger of

the two. It's intention is to decrease the negative

organisms before introducing positive new ones through

use of particular soil organisms.

If Fungal Defense is taken secondly, some of the

benefits of having taken Primal Defense will be

erased.

. . . It may have been that, even though you

felt horrible on Fungal Defense, it prepared you for

the benefits of Primal Defense. . .

They are both amazing products!

One must drink plenty water while taking these

products! . . . The concern that doctors have when

giving someone an antifungal, like Diflucan, is liver

failure due to the toxic effects of the fungal

die-off. I don't think Fungal Defense is as strong,

but the purpose is the same, so I have to assume the

liver may be affected.

One should start slowly with both products . . . one

the first day, and one more each day thereafter until

one is taking four in the a.m. and four in the p.m. .

.. . Never start out with a full dose!

Sis,

I take quite a few GOL products . . . and I like all

I've taken. I did have a reaction to Fungal Defense

and Primal Defense when I started, but no more. I take

Primal Defense only a couple times a month now.

I was having a problem with my feet burning a couple

years ago. Tests didn't show anything. I took some

info about magnesium to my primary care doc. She

recommended that I see a naturopath. The naturopath

got me started taking more GOL products . . . . I felt

better within a few days - My feet seldom burn now and

my massage therapist says my muscles feel completely

normal now. They used to feel like rocks - all stuck

together!

According to the naturopath, you can take a boatload

of vitamins, but if they're not formulated so your

body thinks they're food, they are wasted.

I have no doubt there are other high quality vitamins

available . . . But, like the story goes, you quit

looking when you find what you're looking for!

I do want to add Miracle II neutralizer soon though!

Does everyone need to take the fungal defense, or only if you

suspect a fungal problem. I don't know what to look for, but I

don't think I have one. Would you recommend doing that no matter

what? Thanks,

Obviously, not everyone needs this stuff....

But many of us who have had implants end up with systemic fungal problems.

I have found that probiotics of some sort are essential.

I was wondering the same thing. I have the feeling that my problems

stem from the chemicals themselves since I got sick pretty quickly.

No, not everyone needs Fungal Defense . . . But, if

you have vaginal yeast infections, dandruff, fungal

toenail problems, thrush, irritable bowl syndrome

(IBS), chronic sinus problems, etc., or if you

demonstrate problems with the spit test, it should be

beneficial.

Both negative and postive organisms are part of the

normal flora of the body. Unfortunately the negative

organisms take over when the beneficial organisms are

depressed by illness, antibiotics and steroids. . . .

IMHO, Primal Defense would benefit everyone unless

they eating " close to the earth " . . . i.e. " The

Maker's Diet " . Commercially processed foods are

seriously short of these organisms because of

sterilizing, processing, herbicides and fertilizers.

There is a tremendous amount of information available

on these organisms with a websearch.

Fungal/yeast/Candida problems are overlooked by most

medical doctors. . . yet the consequences of a fungal

overgrowth can be serious. It's something one really

needs to figure out for yourself!

For myself, if I took Fungal or Primal Defense and had

a big herx, I would take that as a signal that my body

really, really needed it. I would cut back to a small

dose and gradually work up to a full dose.

Rogene - that really helped. I definitely have chronic sinus

problems and never realized it could be from fungal problems. I

just wondered what to look for with a fungal problem. I guess I

would sort of find out when I start taking it whether or not I need

it. My next step is to get it.

By the way, what is the spit test?

My natural doc had had me on a list of natural supplements, but

whenever I take them I herx so badly I have to stop. I spent so

much money on them, but I just can't take them. I guess he could

have been right that I needed them - if I was herxing.

THANK YOU!!

You know, I keep doing this. Rogene answered this in a subsequent
