Should patient keep Medicare?

50 year old patient is status post kidney transplant 3 years

– still has Medicare due to disability. Also has good commercial

plan through his wife’s employment – patient is asking if he should

drop the Medicare so does not have to pay the B premiums? B premium is

higher than his copay for the immunos at this point.
