Medicaid Coverage Question for Arizona and Florida

I received an email from a physician with our CF program who is concerned as she's learned that starting in October 1, 2010 the state Medicaid programs for Arizona and Florida are to stop covering " transplant " . I was wondering if anyone from those states or others has additional information on this? Is it true? Is it solely for lung transplant in the CF population or all transplants. Any aware of other states where this is occurring?
