Hi Katrina, I know that empty look...it is the vacant self absorption of

martyrdom. Nadas have a surreal sense of realism; they perceive that they are

the center of every action/reaction. Our quest is to become ... maybe,

disassociated from the nada need for attention. Carol

Hi KOs,

I have read that people with BPD are empty, which I understand because my

nada has often had an empty look in her eyes (back when I was in contact with

her).

Can nada be happy? Do you think it is possible for nada to have moments of

concern for her split-bad children? Do you think there is any warmth in a

nada heart? Is it possible for a nada to attach to others without it being

the clinging fear-of-abandonment projection-of-self spider-web clingyness we

all know too well?

Thank you for your thoughts,

Katrina
