Need help with billing

Hello Everyone,

I am confused as to what to do next.

I need to move my billing from MD Synergy, an office management system, to

another company. I am paying MD Synergy $400/month now for just electronic bill

submission. I have an in-house biller. (I did not have a choice last year when

MD Synergy doubled its price and I had little time to do research. I also had to

sign a contract for a year and give them 3 months notice if I did not want it

automatically renewed. My contract is up at the end of October and I already

gave them notice.)

I am now using Amazing Charts for my EMR and appointments. There is double work

for my biller/secretary since all appointments need to be re-entered into MD

Synergy for billing purposes. AC is expecting to have its own billing software

but it may not happen for months/years.

Here are my specific questions:

Is it easy to move to another clearing house?

Any tips on how to do it?

Would Office Ally be a good choice for me?

Is there a better solution for AC?
