Guest guest
, What an inspiring message to read this morning! Eight children?!? Incredible. I am excited for this journey y'all are headed out on together. Sara > > This past Friday, my wife, Donna, who is mother of my 8 children and who > I think is now in very good shape, was motivated by my progress to start > her own BFL program with me. Isn't that fantastic? I'm so excited!
Guest guest
-- Terrific to hear that you've found others to motivate towards BFL/Healthy life, especially your wife. You are a motivation to REAL people as well as us 'cyber folks'. Keep it up. Good luck on your .9 lbs and the 36 " waist. You can do it. As for the beer and BBQ - maybe over labor day I'll break down and find a 6- pack on sale somewhere:) I take my 16 week measurements tonight. I'm expecting a modest improvement since 4 weeks ago. The weight is down a bit. We'll see about the rest. Have a good day. Bruce
Guest guest
That is awesome! I hope to start turning people to body for life when I finish my challenge, or am closer to the end at least. One person I would really like to turn onto body for life is my hubby. He is part of my motivation to keep going, cause I hope to have great results that will encourage him to get back to the gym. Way to go on influencing one of the most important people in your life!
