Guest guest
Hi group, I'm experiencing horrific charlie horses in just one calf. It is in the morning prior to getting out of bed, when I awaken and have the urge to stretch the muscles. Yesterday, it affected what seemed to be my whole sciatic. Last night for the first time ever, it happened to the top side of the left calf. The muscle contracted and my foot kind of twitched randomly. The charlie horses are kind of a rare cyclical thing, but even today the calf and other muscles involved still are sore when stretched or pressed on. I don't think it is a deficiency - it is random (like every 3-4 months, but when they hit, they hit and only usually in one leg. Sometimes in both calves - that is bad) I'm currently coiling for candida as 2 alternative specialists have concurred that it is my primary neuro toxin. Could this be a candida thing or is it related to a co-infection - have those but have been focusing on candida. Also, can a coil machine do decimal point frequencies? I have some that are ###.# or ###.## but didn't know if a coil could just do whole numbers or if it was capable of doing decimals. The decimals are ones a group member gave me for alternative ehrlichia ones. Thanks group, Jodie
