I don't see how they could be for those who are prone to react to

silicone through a hyperactive immune response. I believe that I

reacted to the silicone shell of my saline implants, so it didn't

matter that mine didn't leak...it was just, probably, the presence

of silicone, plain and simple.

You are probably right. I sure wouldn't trust them. I will NEVER get implants

again. They

took way too high a toll on my health.

I was thinking the same thing. They're still putting silicone in

the body, and the silicone shell made me sick, too.

Excellent point, Rogene. What kind of shape will the implant be in years from

implant?

I still cannot believe the FDA would approve Mentor & Inamed silicone implants

with only

2-3 years of testing. Only in this administration....sigh.
