The Sixth Annual TFCA Workshop in Orlando October 6-8

Reg-on-line will close for registration for the Sixth Annual TFCA Workshop

in Orlando on Tuesday, September 28. After 9/28,

you may still register and pay on site at the

workshop. Registration in Orlando will be

open from 5-7 pm on Tuesday, October 5, and then will open again

Wednesday morning at 7 am.

No TFCA memberships for conference attendees can be

processed if received after September 28. Attendees may join the

Transplant Financial Coordinators Association at the conference by bringing a

check to the Membership Table. You will receive your membership packet

on-site. If not attending the conference, then please mail your form and

check to the TFCA PO Box as per the instructions on the website tfcassociation.org.

Discount Disney tickets may

be purchased before the conference for the best discount, but

you may also purchase on-site. If you would like to have a buddy for

safety while you enjoy the parks or events, sign-up sheets will

be available. Register your name, the park or event you want

to attend and your contact information such as cell or room #.

Check the sign-up sheets frequently for updates.

the $53 cab fare, call 407-827-677 to register for

the Disney Magical Express or go on-line at www.disneyconventionears.com .

Your shuttle is free and your luggage is delivered direct to your room.

The Contemporary Hotel is full,

but please call to book rooms at the All-Star at the same

conference rate. Again, we do apologize for the inconvenience.

The hotel booking staff is keeping a wait-list and is notifying people when and

if rooms become available at the Contemporary.

The Officers and Trustees of the TFCA are looking forward to
