What is the website and how do you get to that screen?

Hi ,

There is a “+†sign on the right hand side of the screen once you complete steps 1-4.

Step 1- enter patient’s info, click find plans

Step 2- click on “I don’t’ want to add drugs nowâ€

Step 3- click continue to my plan

Step 4- little + sign on right hand side… click it, it will provide subsidy information if available and would look something like this below.

Zip Code: 95037

Current Coverage: Humana Enhanced S5884-030 (PDP) (S5884-030-0)

Current Subsidy: Full Dual

I cannot find the link to find what plan they have, that is what is frustrating.

yes, I used to be able to go in and find if my patient had full subsidy, now I'm doing good to find what plan they do have. I really don't like it but can see how is it more user friendly to the patient trying to enroll.>>> "Hogan, M.
