Guest guest
Greetings to all of you - the glue that has held me together these past few months. It seems at night is when I feel at my worst, as soon as the sun goes down the symptoms generally intensify. I was feeling pretty good for the past week but tonight I'm feeling a bit achy. Well, I have been terrible at drinking water for the past few days, so I have the feeling that's part of it. One thing that's encouraging, though, is that I went to my sister's house (she's a nurse) to have my blood pressure checked. I was always a 110/120 or 60/80 type person. Over the course of the last few months (before explant), it had risen to 140 over 98!!! I'm happy to say that as of today, it's down to 130/74. The 130 is still higher than normal, however at least it's not as high as it was, and the 74 is in the normal range and is definitely better than 98. My fingers are a little achy tonight so I'm guzzling the water and I got out the fresh pineapple. Next step will be to start the Fungal and Primal defense. I stopped taking the pill last week, which might be part of the reason why the blood pressure dropped, however I truly believe the implants screwed up my hormones so badly that I could no longer tolerate the pill, whereas before I had no problem with it. Thanks for listening and caring. Sis
