In our training program only Dispatcher III's can become trainers. These are

dispatchers that can operate all radios and call take proficiently. They are

given the titles of CTO (Communications Training Officers). As long as they

are employed and are doing a good job at training they are paid trainer's pay

which is a 5% pay increase. It doesn't matter whether they currently have a

trainee or not. Hope this helps !
