Guest guest
I purchased an earthing band that goes on my foot. I've used it for hours while sitting at my computer, but I felt absolutely no difference. > > > > Hi, could you tell me exactly what it is and where do you order it > > from. Guest guest
Hi Tom,I'd stopped earthing for a while as I was Rifing biophotonically 24/7, especially for a recent flare, and I know that grounding interferes with Rife, so chose what was needed most. This isn't a problem for Rife machines that are used infrequently. When I started having some inflammation issues, I once again wore my earthing band and noticed it helped. I'm not convinced that the great expense of a large pad is necessary, as a current is a current, whether it's administered from a small button on a band or through fabric and body moisture over a larger area. There's either contact, or there's not. And contact, even small, will ground one and establish a negative charge around one to shut out the positive charges of emf.If money's no object, a pad is great, and passive: one doesn't have to be tethered, but I found that one band (I own three) was sufficient to ground me, reduce inflammation, thin my blood, and do all that was promised.Be well,LénaLena, anyone, how are the earthing pads etc. working? Guest guest
Me too! I gave the wrist band and use it every day while online. Probably 3 hours. I don't feel any changes. I know I probably need to use it while sleeping. That would be far longer than what I've used it thus far. /MI > > > > > > Hi, could you tell me exactly what it is and where do you order it > > > from. A specific brand you use that works good. Guest guest
Hi all,I purchased an earthing half sheet about 3 or 4 months ago. I run it lengthwise on my bed and it goes under-up-and-over my pillow and down to my toes. The effect has been slow and subtle. I think it has helped with a piece of the puzzle. I am not one for gadgets, and I've tried it all over the years. I am done spending (throwing) money down the drain on this disease. Saying that, I am glad I purchased my half sheet. It's not a miracle. I don't think it's a big chunk. But it is an effective slice. I was surprised. If you only have a strap or band, I would certainly use it while you sleep. Make sure as much bare skin as possible is touching the matt or sheet.Best,
Guest guest
If you haven't tried grounding, you might want to go to lessemf.com, and order a ground wire with an alligator clip and clip it on to a metal bracelet. See for yourself whether the larger investment is worth it.A few people don't notice anything, but most people do.Also, there are so many things out there to help sleep that don't involve Rxs.Be well,Lénamoney's def. an object. they explained to me that the more affordable computer pads or car seats were more "emf blockers" and the bed padyou get more of the earth energy...??? so don't know. pads are pricey but if it would help sleep so I can someday get off these awful Rx. thanks.TomTo: Lyme_and_Rife Sent: Wednesday, July 27, 2011 7:11 PMSubject: Re: OT: earthing pads? Guest guest
I use an FScan 2, generating a whole series of Lyme frx, which are delivered remotely by an ABPA A2 (see quantumbalancing.com). I grew weary of scanning, of being tethered to electrodes. I run through about 3000 frx a month. They work. Many, I know, are now irrelevant, but the simplicity of just running through all sure beats the fiddling and figuring other Rife modalities require, and the proof of the pudding is in the eating: I'm 90% back to normal.Be well,Lénabtw, Lena, what's biophotonically 24/7...Paladino? Guest guest
Welllllllll, here comes the other opinion ;-)I've been using a half sheet for 3-4 months, for 8-12 hours/day and the effect has subtle and gradual. If I had tried it when I was much sicker, 2 years ago, I'm not sure I would have noticed the difference (even though there was one). I'm not sure that wearing an earthing band a few hours a day (and probably skipping days) is a fair assessment if earthing is working. I think earthing is similar to drinking clean water and having an air filter in my home. I may not notice much, but I know it's a good thing. It seems that those people who notice a difference are those who are further a long in their treatment. This doesn't mean that it's not helping those whose symptoms are more severe - I'm sure it is. It's that it's subtle enough they can't notice it. But it is helping. I really think that earthing while you sleep, when your body is working on restoring and rebuilding, is very effective.Best, Lena, that's great to hear! Guest guest
Hi Angie, While you have your Earthing band on, you are not getting any EMFs from your computer or anything else! Also your blood thins and you are getting the full benefits of Earthing whether you feel it or not!! If you also sleep with your band on, you will gain all benefits all night long, including no EMFs that are even in the bedroom, wiring in the walls! Really, this is healthy stuff... :-) Take care, Jim > > > > > > Hi, could you tell me exactly what it is and where do you order it > > > from. A specific brand you use that works good. Guest guest
I agree that it helps but isn't 100%. Generally it has made a noticeable positive difference for me for sleep, and if not convinced on a day to day basis, the difference in terms of jet lag was radical. However, it doesn't stop me from getting wired and sleepless at times from my infections/herxes. I just use the wrist band. Guest guest
Thanks Jim - I don't think I could keep the band on my foot all night long with tossing around, and I get up to go to the bathroom many times in the night. I suppose I'd need an earthing sheet. I'll go back to wearing the band at the computer though. I gave up on it - but it certainly couldn't hurt to use it. > > > > > > > > Hi, could you tell me exactly what it is and where do you order it > > > > from. A specific brand you use that works good. Guest guest
I'm with Sherry on this one. Earthing may speed up my herxes a little but doesn't eliminate them. My headaches still go on for three days. But boy I sleep like a baby even in the middle of bad headaches where before sleep was impossible without the good drugs. Warmest Regards,Robin Little However, it doesn't stop me from getting wired and sleepless at times from my infections/herxes. I just use the wrist band. Guest guest
It's not that you want " thin " blood. But, most people with chronic illness have thick sludgy blood. We want to be well hydrated with blood that is thin enough to flow easily through our bodies. Best, linda how does thinning the blood affect us? side effects? Guest guest
With die-off and toxic sluge from Lyme disease, Lymies are often found to have 'stickyblood' which impedes circulation at the finest level, starving cells and reducing over-all vitality. Guest guest
Hi Angie, I know I could not be tethered to the band while sleeping, I move around too much... I sleep with my Earthing Mat under my right arm/shoulder, but I don't think it compares to the sheet/bed pad that ensures you are always connected, I am not always connected using just the Mat. Right now they have a good deal on the bed pad and mat for $189, plus other accessories are included, this is better than buying the bed pad alone for $169... Guest guest
I use the computer pad from Radiant Life, about $60, and I sleep on it. It's comfortable enough.I just raise up my nightshirt so that it contacts my body and sleep like that.
