Guest guest
Hi, I'm Vicci Piskors7 its been awhile since I emailed you all about my implant problems and the response was great and so needed. It has been such a rough couple of months I filed for social security disability ( diagnosed with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue) they said I am not in essence sick enough so I emailed Senator Reid and have not heard a thing back yet. Anyway I will appeal but it just makes me so angry that we all have to fight for every stinkin thing, but it's ok that they lied to us about our implants, and still are, they try and discredit, humiliate and also make us sound like we are'nt really sick; that it's not true women have died from these diseases and they make it impossible to get any compensation (awarded by a judge, yea right) for all the illnesses, diseases, ruptures, suicides, lost family, disfigured bodies; and so much more and what is so sickining is these are the people, manufacturors, politicians, doctors, Judges, Government etc. that should of protected us from all of it, thats not only their job but morale responsability to everyone. I would like to know that as Americans we are being protected from terrorists plots against us but who's going to protect us from our own government, or doctors or drug manufacturors, or implant manufacturors, or politicians; and what happened to just taking responsabiliy, doing the right thing by making sure it never happens again, by telling the truth, and giving a little help, compassion and compensation for what has happened to there fellow women & men, simply because of their greed & disrespect of truth. Well I got at least that off my cheast, but Senator Feinstein did help me with a suit against the Navy for sexual harrassment 1992 ( I'm not supposed to talk about this as per my settlement) which by the way took thousands of my own dollars, cost me my marriage and took 4 long years for me to get 6 months back pay and I would of never gotten that had it not been for the Senator. After contacting her it was only a matter of weeks before they settled, so I know Senator Feinstein is capable of getting things done the question is has she got still got the backbone to do the right thing or will politics get in the way of seeing the truth through the murky waters of all the big fat companies and all of the lies told it will be like wading thru pirhana infested waters naked and bleeding, all they care about is is getting fatter no matter how many people they have to eat getting there. Well back to bed, I want more than anything to have a normal happy life again and enjoy my 3 wonderful boys 18, 24 & 27 who have been thru this hell with me and no child should witness their mom getting sicker everyday, and to know the reason is because the truth would not of made as much money! Thanks so much for listening if you ever need a shoulder friend I'm here, Vicci Rogene S <saxony01@...> wrote: Thanks Ilena,------------------------12/12/2005http://www.seacoastonline.com/news/12122005/maine/77621.htmSnowe, Feinstein urge breast-implant probe WASHINGTON, D.C. - U.S. Sens. Olympia J. "The FDA must fully investigate these very seriousallegations," Snowe said. "The critical concerns - howmany implants rupture, why they do, and what theconsequences could be - still remain in doubt." As reported in The Washington Post. a former employeeof Mentor has gone public with two key allegationsagainst the company. The first is that Mentor’simplants used in surgery leak more than the ones usedin demonstrations to doctors and patients. The secondallegation is that there is a design flaw in Mentor’simplants, which has resulted in a higher rupture rateand that the higher rupture rate has not beenaccurately reported to the FDA.~~~~~~~~~~~~~www.BreastImplantAwareness.org Find Great Deals on Holiday Gifts at
Guest guest
You always have to appeal SSD, they never give it to you on the first try. I had to take it to the third step. Most of us do. Be sure you have a good SSD attorney, makes all the difference in the world. Guest guest
Vicci Please feel free to vent anytime. We are here for you. And all of us can identify with your absolute frustration with greedy and corrupt people. I think it is about time that the average person realized that the FDA and all other governmental agencies are controlled by one thing and one thing only---MONEY! I would really be so impressed if Sen. Feinstein and Snowe followed through on this. It would be nice to know that we actually do have gov. officials that might actually have a conscience! HOpe you are on your way to feeling better soon. Hugs, Kathy > Thanks Ilena, > ------------------------ > > 12/12/2005 > http://www.seacoastonline.com/news/12122005/maine/77621.htm > > Snowe, Feinstein urge breast-implant probe > > WASHINGTON, D.C. - U.S. Sens.
