Guest guest
I found that Samento seemed to lose it's effectiveness over time as far as immune help. The anti-inflamatory effects seemed to remain steady. If we had not had Samento for a while, we could take a drop or two and rid a cold symptom right away. But, if we were on Samento steady, then we might get cold symptoms. So, it was if it worked better to pulse it. I am not sure why. But, then again, this may not be a good idea for some. But, my point is that it seemed to work stronger for us when we pulsed it, as if our bodies got used to it, and didn't keep up the increased immunity. We did get coughing here and there with treatments as well, as if our bodies were finally dealing with something that had been lingering in our lungs. It was gentle and didn't last but a few weeks.
