Hi again

Another reason why I need to lower the steroid dose is because my blood

pressure has gone from high normal to 165/100 recently and I think this

is down to the steroids.

My doctor wants me on BP meds. and I am reluctant. I have said I will

try Grapeseed extract which I am taking at the moment and then talk to

her again if there is no improvement.
