Guest guest
I like that quote. I feel pretty lucky that I'm 21 and know what I do. Most people my age don't have a clue. By the way what is SSRIsex? Robyn, I actually don't know how to unsubscribe. There would be an option in your account page on yahoo. Try to stick with it though. I've learnt a lot since I joined here. At first it drove me insane with the amount of posts. But yeah, it's a good forum. I really look forward to viewing my ACT and SSRIsex emails everday and I can sometimes have up to 50 emails. And I get some very useful advice and information here too. I feel things are moving on for me now and I also believe I can heal my brain from the damage that has been done to me. Stress also damages the brain but it is repairable when we learn to relax and lower cortisol, and this can also help heal depression and anxiety too. Below is an extract and link I put on my SSRIsex recently where I tell them to go out and have fun, make friends, find peace of mind, and forget about PSSD for now. In the past few years, it has become clear that you can, in fact, make new neurons starting in your 20s and continuing well into old age. You can literally rewire the brain with new parts as the older parts wear out. http://www.emedexpert.com/tips/brain.shtml Kaivey >> please UNSUBSCRIBE me from the mailing list. it is driving me insane receiving so many peoples emails... > > thanks>
Guest guest
At the bottom of every email there are instructions on how to unsubscribe. One of them is: If you do not wish to belong to ACT_for_the_Public, you may unsubscribe by sending an email to ACT_for_the_Public-unsubscribe The other one is just a button that says " unsubscribe " Kate a roundabout way of doing it would be to report the ACT_for_the_Public as spam in your email account and all emails would automatically get put in your spam folder. But unsubscribing through your yahoo account would probably be neater it you can figure it out. > > please UNSUBSCRIBE me from the mailing list. it is driving me insane receiving so many peoples emails... > > thanks >
