I don't guess you saw the post of ways to use for different things. When you have sinus bad cut thin strip off bottom of one and apply like a moustache under nose & a piece on both sinus cavities be careful you don't get to close to the eyes or they will make your eyes sting and water. I think there is probably only ONE place that I haven't had a Salonpas and I'll leave that up to you to figure out, LMAO.
