Man, I wish I was out in California to hang out with you, Melinda!!

I'm so glad you're noticing improvements and were able to enjoy

yourself at the festival. Good for you!!

go to. It's always held the weekend after Thanksgiving. When I went

last year, I was just starting to get really sick. I was so dizzy

and nauseated and felt so terrible that I could hardly dance at all

and had to leave early. From there things went downhill fast.

that sweet soulful music was heaven on earth for me. I danced my ass

off 'til 2 am! Today I feel like I was beaten to a pulp by an angry

mob, but I'm telling you, a month ago I would not have been able to

do what I did-- it would have killed me-- and anyway, IT WAS WORTH

IT! I'm definitely getting better. Yippee!

Illuminated, based on the novel by Jonathon Safran Foer. It's about

this young Jewish guy who goes to Poland to try and find out what

happened to his family during the Holocaust. It's a good movie,

would be worth the price of admission for the soundtrack alone--it's

fabulous Balkan music with those Eastern European time signatures

and all those horns...Check it out!

Thanks Melinda!

Loved the vision of you having a fabulous time dancing!

Thanks too for the movie suggestion. Sounds like something I could

really get into!
