Limin,

Do you think that supplementing L- proline and l Lysine would help to increase

hydroxyproline.

L-Lysine and proline are precursors of hydroxyproline and they are also

constituents of collagen an essential component of arterial lining.

I think my son levels are still low and that why he is having the test over

the holiday period and I want to be prepared as to what to do if that is the

case.

I think his levels have improved a bit due to diet (more protein, biosil and

bone broth )but I will be certain once I see the test results.

would like to hear your opinion.
