Bad day - fatigued

I am so tired! I have been extremely good about sticking to the

Maker's Diet about 80% but I am still having issues with the

diarrhea at least once a week it seems. Sat night we made a cheese

chowder soup, new recipe, and even though it was 80% organic my body

instantly and painfully rejected it. I think It did because there

was milk in the soup and I am allergic to liquid cows milk. Although

I have never reacted like that before! It almost seems as though the

more I try to cleanse the worse my body responds to ANYTHING new or

different. I hate living like this. I am almost ready to put myself

back on the BRATT diet for a while to try to get over these

episodes. I have lost so much weight since eating like this that all

of my pants are falling off. I am now just under 120lbs and I am 5'

7 " . I've even noticed that my breasts have gotten smaller and

deflated again. And to top it all off, even if I wanted to go to an

MD now I can't because our Medicaid was just cancelled and we have

absolutely no insurance of any kind.

I just want to be able to eat without having to fear my bodies

reaction to whatever it is. I have to go and teach a class tonight

and I am so tired I haven't gotten off of the couch all day. How am

I going to build my business if I am always feeling like this? I

can't get disability or unemployment or anything else and we need

the little bit of money my classes are bringing in.

I'm sorry, it's just one of those days when I feel like I've taken 2

steps backward even though I am doing everything I can to get

better. I even started taking extra B complex and Calcium/Magnesium

to try to help my digestion. I'm so frustrated!!!!
