Guest guest
Hi Kathie, Well I've been sick for a year now and I've been going to my PCM (primary care manager) through my insurance. From there I was sent to the Naval Hospital where I've seen every doctor under the sun. Finally I was sent to PS to talk about having my implants removed. The PS at the hospital said he would remove them and my insurance would cover it. So I got real lucky in that. I did try and find a PS on my own by calling everyone in my area. I wasn't worried about insurance at that point. I just asked over the phone if the PS would remove my implants " En Bloc " or at least remove them along with the capsules. I didn't even make an appointment with the doctor unless I knew if they would do the operation this way. It took me about three months to get this taken care of but it's worth all the trouble. I finally went back to the PS at the Naval Hospital and told him the only way I wanted it done and we worked it out. So keep looking and be firm with the PS and what YOU want....Good Luck!!!
