Guest guest
!! Hey girl - you can and will get better.... I know it seems awful now.... very hard to believe - I was the toughest critic on myself... I still have my bad days - Sunday was one of them - didn't get out of bed much all day... You just have to hang in there - cherish the GOOD days - pray nightly, and soon the good will outweigh the bad. It just takes time. Your body is telling you something - what that may be I do not know but listen to it - learn from it. Do what you have to, to feel better and soon as far as the disability goes... have you tried SS? I know it is hard - sometimes seemingly impossible but they do get approved. It takes time and termination. I am still on my long term w/ my prior company but have known many implant infected women to win SS disability cases... just takes 2-3 tries and possibly the help of an atty. to avoid that. hang in there - maybe backing off on the supplements may be right for you now.... I do not know. we are here for you love shari
Guest guest
- I feel so bad for you. I want to say something encouraging, but am feeling so bad myself, I can't think of anything!! (Such a pathetic thing I just said, that I just made myself chuckle!!). Does your diet have enough protein in it? Hope you get through your class tonight. Cherie > > I am so tired! Guest guest
Hi , I'm sorry to hear that you are feeling so awful today. Cheese chowder soup is extremely rich, do you think that could be why you reacted to it? It is hard on your gallbladder too. You might want to keep a diary of everything you eat to see if there is any correlation between foods that are making you sick. I cannot eat foods like cheese chowder, they make my stomach very upset. Kenda > I am so tired! It is such a horrible thing that's happened to all of us, and even though I haven't really started feeling good yet, it's got to be so disappointing when you're feeling good and then suddenly suffer a setback. We're here for you!! Sis > > I am so tired! I have been extremely good about sticking to the > Maker's Diet about 80% but I am still having issues with the > diarrhea at least once a week it seems. Guest guest
Thank you everyone! I went to my class and ended up having a wonderful time. Even when I feel bad it makes me feel good to dance, and watching the progress my students have made in three weeks makes it even better. I feel much better now than I did this afternoon, but my knees are badly bruised and it will take a while for them to recover from tonights lesson. LOL Kenda that's a very ggod idea about a food diary and I have kind of begun doing that. I am not taking too many supplements because I don't take anything in full doses and for the most part they ease my symptoms. It's just a matter of finding that balance I suppose. Shari, I don't know how I would qualify for SS disability but I sure wish that I could. Could I use my letter from Dr. Blais to try to prove my illness? I don't have anything in my medical records to cooraborate except for many years of complaints. Every test has been negative! So for all of you who are more recently implanted just know that you will have bad days even after feeling good. Jenna, I'll call you for a coffee break! : )
Guest guest
, I'm so sorry today is such a bad day . . . Thankfully you got through your class though! Please rest tomorrow. Since having implants, I've learned to listen to my body like I never did before. If it tells me to stop, and I do, I can bounce back in minutes. However, if I persist, it can take me days to bounce back. A food diary sounds like a good idea . . . You were doing so good, there must be some kind of pattern if you could decifer it. You may need to back down to basics and add one thing at a time . . . Be sure to get sufficient good fats in your diet. Your body needs fat to make used of some vitamins - A, D, E and K. Guest guest
Sorry to hear that you are having a bad day. Unfortunately it is common to have those steps backwards. I can so identify with your feelings that the more you cleanse the more you react. I have struggled with that for the past few years. I seem to herx to everything. Alot of it for me seems to be hormonally related. During the last couple of days of my cycle and then the first week or so after, I seem to go backwards and react to everything. Then later in my cycle, I seem to be able to tolerate all detoxing better and have more energy, etc. Then it starts all over again. I never noticed before I got sick how much my hormone cycle plays into my overall wellbeing. It is amazing. I think it is really helpful to keep a journal of each day of how we feel and what we are taking, etc. Then it is much easier to see patterns that help you figure out what you are reacting to, what is helping you, etc. I am hoping that your day will be look better tomorrow! Guest guest
, I'm so sorry you've had a bad day! How did your class go? It sounds like you have some very deep seated intestinal problems that are going to require vigilance on your part that goes beyond what many of us have had to deal with. You may need to get on a very, very simple diet plan for a period of time to let your gut heal. It sounds like you are reacting to certain foods, either through allergies to them or an autoimmune reaction in the gut. With the milk, just the fact that it was organic may not have made it safe for you...pasteurization of milk makes the milk proteins harder to digest, so what you may have to do is go to raw milk products alone if you can find them. If you can't, you may have to give up dairy entirely. I wish you could get proper medical treatment, but thanks to Dr. Jordan Rubin's testimony of his Crohn's disease treatment and cure, you have good guidelines to follow with his books. I wish you wellness! Hugs, Patty > > I am so tired!
