Guest guest
Cheryl, there are a lot of different opinions on flushes and liver cleaners, some folks claim there is no such thing, while others such as naturopaths etc believe in them strongly......Mike was going to do a liver cleanse but we were afraid of any stones that may be flushed that they may get caught in his constricted liver ducts (assuming they are constricted), so we left that one alone.....maybe someone else here can help you out....I belong to a cancercure group (strictly for info and education), and they believe strongly in them, I actually get a lot of valuable info just on health in general from them and alot of liver info.... Guest guest
Anything you can do to help the digestive tract will help rebuild the immune system. Probiotics help establish a healthy gut and supplant nasties like candida and yeast. Vitamin C is helpful, but many of us use it not alone but in combination with sea salt as an excellent killing protocol for Lyme. Reducing the pathogen load of course eases the immune system;s burden. Check out: http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/lymestrategies/ Detoxing supports the liver, GB, and kidneys which carry toxins away that would otherwise clog the system and bog down the immune system.Shunning sugar, and refined carbs is helpful, and of course, eating LOTS of vegs. drinking lots of good water: all these things add up. it's a long, slow process, but doable.Be well,LénaI need help building my husband's immune system. Any idea's? (has Lyme)me again, DW
