Guest guest
I don't think I saw that anyone responded to your question. I have never had this happen to me but nail polish is extremely toxic. It makes sense that you could react to it. The smell of it makes me sick. Kenda > Today I went to get a pedicure. Guest guest
I haven't felt good since I had the pedicure a few days ago - I don't know if it was a coincidence or not, but alot of my symptoms started acting up again. Could also be stress because I've got 4 final exams next week, and haven't done any Christmas shopping yet. Also within the past few days it's been alot colder here in NJ. Maybe I'm just having the 5 week set-back that Cherie had!! Trying to take it in stride but this is scary stuff. I'll have a few weeks off from school, so that's when I'm going to try the fungal defense and then the primal defense. Guest guest
Did the pedicure include massaging your leg? If so, that alone could trigger the release of some toxins. Good luck with your exams! > > > > I don't think I saw that anyone responded to your question. I > have never > > had this happen to me but nail polish is extremely toxic. Guest guest
Yes, there was some massage of my lower legs and my feet. Plus my feet were soaking in something that contains what's in epsom salts, and also who knows what ingredients are in the creams and masks that were put on my feet - so it could have been a combination of things. I'm a little nervous about some of the exams, just have to make sure I'm as prepared as possible beforehand, that will help determine the outcome. Guest guest
I can relate to feeling bad after a massage . . . However, that's when I know some toxins have been released! There have been times when I became so spacey after my feet/legs are massaged thoroughly to the extent I had to take it easy the rest of the day. Still, I'd get a massage everyday if I thought it would clear my system! There are chemicals in nail materials that shouldn't be inhaled. . . especially if you're chemically sensitive.
