Hi Mike, I'll add my two cents to Sylvias and say that the book was

usefull in allowing me to understand the dynamics of my family and

all I'd experienced, but I also remember having a strong emotional

reaction to it so that it took me a while to get through it--not

bedtime reading. I also really liked the Stop Walking on Eggshells

handbook because it had a lot of activities and strategies for

regaining your sanity and dealing with BP's.
