Guest guest
Hi Mike, I'll add my two cents to Sylvias and say that the book was usefull in allowing me to understand the dynamics of my family and all I'd experienced, but I also remember having a strong emotional reaction to it so that it took me a while to get through it--not bedtime reading. I also really liked the Stop Walking on Eggshells handbook because it had a lot of activities and strategies for regaining your sanity and dealing with BP's. Good luck, Trish > >.........> > > > > >Thanks for your encouragement and support, Lizzy. Has anyone read > > Understanding the Boderline Mother by Ann Lawson?
