You should only be eating your 6 meals per day. My last meal is

usually no later than 9:30-10 pm. Pick something from the EFL book

or the BFL authorized foods list.

Hey Dano,

I don't normally consume anything past 9pm only because I have to be

up in 7 hours for my morning workout. If you have to eat something,

have something from the bfl cookbook. Something light, as in an apple

with string cheese or cottage cheese with yogurt.

Congratulations on making it through the first week! Awesome weight

loss. Keep at it!!! There will be weeks that you don't lose

anything, so a great way to track your progress is by the way your

clothes feel. I'm starting my 3rd week and I've lost approx. 6 inches:)
