Guest guest
I looked at my multi vitamin last night and found that it only has 6% of the RDA for Magnesium. 6%!!! It's a great multi when it comes to other things but geez I had no idea I just wasn't getting any of the magnesium that I know I need. So here is a question... is it beter to take a multi or is it better to take a cocktail of individual vitamins so you know what you are taking. Or should I continue with my multi and then supplement what it is missing??? > > Kate, > > I agree that Dr. Mansmann's website can be confusing. > However, he will answer personal messages. Guest guest
, I'm taking Garden of Life's Multi-Calcium. It calls for six tablets a day. It has the proper ratios of vitamin C, D and magnesium. We simply cannot get enough Magnesium from our diet because the soils are so depleted. Because of certain drugs, our deficiency can be enormous! Rogene
