Hi Kim,

It sounds like you are doing all the right things with your diet.

That's great! I know it can be hard when there are temptations all

around, but when you remember what that horrible brain fog feels

like, it is so not worth it!

We'd love to have your pictures posted Kim. Have you visited our

new website with photos? It's very simple to add your pictures if

you already have them stored on your computer hard drive somewhere.

Go to this link:

http://.shutterfly.com/action/

Enter implants for the password.

Click on either of our two albums to enter and view.

On the right, you will see a box that says " Contribute pictures to

this album " and a link to " Add your pictures " . You might need to

join shutterfly to do it, which is easy. You just put in an email

address and a password.

After you click on " Add your pictures " it will take you to a window

where you tell it to upload the pictures from your computer. Click

on " next " .

It then takes you to a window where you can choose the pictures from

your computer (you have to remember where you stored them, i.e.,

which file name) and then you can check the boxes of the pictures

you want to upload. The final step is to click on " Add selected

pictures " and then it will send them to the site.

It's pretty easy! I'm looking forward to seeing them! If you have

any trouble at all, you can send them in a file to me or one of the

other moderators, and we can add them for you.

Take it easy on yourself until your surgery!

Patty

only eat basics like vegetables and lean meat.I am doing this

because everytime I carbs, sugar, processed foods or fruit I get

intense brain fog and get so tired I want to cry.I have been

following this for about a week.I drink nothing but purified water.I

am not taking any supplements at all.I am excersizing very minimally

because I am so exhausted most of the time.
