Congratulations ! I heard it all the way over here in Cleveland for

sure!!!! I bet it was heard up to heaven too! Keep it going. You've created

quite a BFL posse over there. By the time your family and other participants

have completed your goals, that part of the nation will be elevated

(figuratively and literally!)

Congratulations !! That is so exciting to have hit such a

major milestone in your journey - 100 pounds - wow! You should do

something nice for yourself - like go shopping or get a massage.

Congrats on your milestone! You need to do something nice to

celebrate.

Aren't scooby snacks a dog treat? I'm pretty sure I've bought those

for my dog. Although they smell really good, I haven't been tempted

to eat them.

What an awesome achievement. My hubby is starting BFL with me this week too.
