FYI people with family members on MediCal /Medicaid and other forms of assistance may receive up to a 20% discount on their utilities. For SDG & E go to www.sdge.com/careonline.Every little bit helps. I am sure other utility companies have similar assistance programs just call and check with your providers.Nora Middletontikigal@...
