Guest guest
Curious if people have had experience with a patient who has Medicare primary and CIGNA secondary – after Medicare pays will CIGNA process the claim under the patient’s 1) out of network transplant benefits or 2) under his “regular” CIGNA medical benefits? If #1 the patient will have a higher out of pocket after a transplant – just trying to help the patient plan for post transplant costs. Your help greatly appreciated!
