Guest guest
Not only does my Chihuahua, Taco, snuggle next to me when I'm using the heating pad, he will steal it totally if I get up. We used to have a Snowshoe named Bastet who was a serious heat stealer. We could always tell when it was getting cold because she would start stealing heat. She never lowered herself to snuggling with the others (she was a goddess after all!), but she'd lick them a time or two and climb on top of them and curl up. It got so that almost everyone ran when she got up next to them.<grin> Funny that no one wants to snuggle with me when I'm using an ice pack.... in ville where it's 6 pm & 78 outside...in the shade.<sigh of contentment> <><><><><> Re: Welcome Sue! ... We have a cat who is also supportive. He comes to snuggle with me with I lay down. I'm not sure if it's me or the heating pad though. lol Take care, Star

You are so funny and Taco sounds adorable. I never thought about it before, but my Neo doesn't snuggle when I have the ice pack either and he won't even walk in the bathroom when I'm taking a shower. lol I can not believe how warm it is everywhere but here. I just checked and it's a *balmy* 17 degrees with wind chill factor. I am going to pack my bags and just visit between all my fibro friends in the South. :-) Soft hugs! with chill bumps... Guest guest
Speaking of horrible events...I finally got ambitious today and clipped Bucket, Hubby's dog. I think she's a mix between a Chow & an English sheepdog, not sure as she was a " find " . Clipping her consists of standing her on the pickup truck tailgate and whacking away with her with the hair scissors. Not a pretty sight. Unfortunately, I got a little close to her skin in a few places so she is going to have bad hair days for a while. Come on down. I'll kick the teenager out on the couch & you can use her room.<grin> in Jax where it's still 74 outside. <><><><><> Re: Heat stealers Hi ! You are so funny and Taco sounds adorable.
