I took Primal and Fungal Defense and didn't notice any difference in

candida. I'm sure I didn't take them long enough, two bottles of Fungal

Defense followed by two bottles of Primal Defense. I have had much better

success with HMF Replete made by Genestra. HMF Replete comes in powder form

and contains 75 billion CFU of L.acidophilus (two strains), 12.5 billion CFU

Bifidobacterium bifidum, 12.5 billion CFU Bifidobacterium lactis, 30 billion

CFU L. salivarius and 10 g Fructo-oligosaccharides.

I can tell you my experiences so far. Taking the fungal defense

first, which is how you should do it, was difficult. It made me feel

sick every day and I never got up to the full dose. The one time I

made the mistake of taking a fungal defense and a primal defense at

the same time I spent the night vomiting. Taking the primal defense

has been wonderful! I only take one pill a day and it controls my

IBS. I didn't think it was doing much for y fungus until a couple

days ago when I noticed that my fungus infected toenail looked

better than it has in 10 years! It is a slow process but it really

does make a difference. Don't get discouraged, and also don't feel

that you have to take the full reccommended dose to acheive some

results.

Kenda,

Where do you get your HMF Replete? . . .

IMHO, it's good to alternate types of probiotics.

There are so many organisms that are needed. Why not

get as many as possible?

Rogene

Charolette,

Kathie found the best prices for Garden of Life

products at www.appleadayandbeyond.com . . . by

PHONING! . . . Tell them you are a member of an online

support group for an additional 14% discount.

Health store prices tend to be considerably higher.

Hugs,

Rogene
