I didn't use it for a bit . . . had a group of bunched up muscle at my lower back . . .. in just three sessions, that tissue has softened to almost normal . . . Much less pain than massage! You should know that far infrared is considerably different that either steam or dry heat saunas. The light penetrates the tissue deeply to provide theraputic help. Where the air feels heavy in a steam sauna, when you've been in an infrared sauna, one's breathing feels free and clear! An added bonus is that the energy cost of infrared is much, much lower!
