Guest guest
Personally, I think this situation is the result of pressure on Fedex . . . by either the manufacturer's or the plastic surgery industry. I wonder how many news agencies would be interested in this news? Really strange . . . Implants are safe to put in a woman's body, but too toxic to ship!!! Beyond insane! I wonder which other devices receive this classification? Does this mean that the plastic surgeons cannot return failed implants to the manufacturer? . . . Or does this only apply to Dr. Blais? IF this applies to the manufacturer's, how are they going to test failed implants to prove their safety to the FDA? . . . Will they bill the manufacturer $3000 for shipping? . . . Who's going to pay the bill? Could it be the sick woman who's having her implants removed? If this doesn't apply to the manufacturer's maybe someone ought to consider suing Fedex!
