I know of only one developmental pediatrician in our area - and frankly, I

was not very impressed with him. If Medicaid is the issue, my advice would

be to bring the child to Dr. Sirota at Childrens Medical Associates in

Tamarac and Plantation. Actually, I would recommend Dr. Sirota even if

Medicaid was not an issue. Another option is the Marino center, but I dont

believe they take Medicaid.

Can anyone recommend a good developmental pediatrician in Broward who

takes Medicaid? My cousin has a 10 month old who is not babbling or

crawling. Thanks in advance for any information.

Pediatric Associates has Dr. Kriger.........among others.......they are so

available with weekend and evening hours that they are a great group with

offices all over the County. Most of the Dr's there are excellent and

the nurse practitioners are incredible!
