Guest guest
Hello, A few days ago I had an eruption of small red bumps and a red rash all over my breasts. This morning I woke up and it has spread to my stomach. I don't know what to do and I am very scared. I had my implants removed 2 months ago and have never had this happen to me. Please help.......what do I do? What can I take to get rid of it? What is it? Any advice you can offer would be so much appreciated. Guest guest
Sue, First of all, don't panic! This can actually turn out to be a good sign! You may want to take a look at the photo I have in our archives of my breasts when I fasted....I have a rash all over them, and this was almost 2 years post explant. It was toxins coming out of my breasts, and eventually went away harmlessly. But it was proof of my detox efforts working! I didn't do anything for it, but let it work itself out. Likewise, your rash may be a sign that your body is throwing off something that needs to be gotten rid of. I am not a doctor, and I cannot say for sure what it is, but it could be something good, and so you don't necessarily want to run right out to get something to get rid of it. It may just go away by itself as your body dumps what it needs to. Does it itch or burn? Does it seem to be spreading fast? There are things to look for that may indicate something worse, but if it is benign for the most part, it may not be anything to be overly concerned about. If it continues for a long period of time or gets alot worse, you may want to have it looked at by a dermatologist. It could be fungal in nature...which gets overlooked quite often by the doctors. But it could also be toxins comimg out....let them, and rejoice as they go! Since the skin is only one eliminative organ, along with the liver, kidneys, and lungs, a rash developing as a result of toxicity shows that the other organs are not able to handle the task fully by themselves. You may also want to add in some liver support, kidney support, or exercise to get your cardiovascular system working harder. It's all good. We have been conditioned by our medical professionals to think that signs and symptoms of illness need to be attacked and stopped in their tracks. While that may be true in cases of serious, acute bacterial infections, there are times when those signs and symptoms reveal that our body is working right, and the immune system is doing its job of killing pathogens. Fevers can be a very good thing for the body, as the increased heat causes viruses to die off. Yet, the first thing we want to do it take something to get rid of the fever! So, that's my two cents, based on my past experience with rashes from implants. Everybody has their own issues and symptoms, so it may not be what is going on with you, but if it is, it will go away harmlessly. Guest guest
Sue, I think Patty's post to you was right on . . . Think of your body as expelling toxins that have been stored! . . . do whatever you can to encourage it! Sweating and hot baths can help. If you can get to a sauna it would be even better! The main thing you want to avoid is allowing the rash to become infected. You can clean the area with a mild solution of hydrogen peroxide (3%). This will kill any bacteria that may be coming out. Epsom salt baths may help . . . but I would start with a small amount of Epsom salts and gradually increase it. If it starts burning or getting irritated, stop! What are you doing to detox? . . . Some detox programs may increase these types of symptoms. . . If so, know that you're accomplishing your goal! It will get better . . . and you will feel better as it does!
