Guest guest
Once we accept anxiety in this way then its sting has gone. And over time your brain will change and anxiety will become even less of a problem. But always accept anxiety when it arises as best you can, because if you don't, it might come back and bite you. But I think by this stage you would have started to get the hang of acceptance. I hope it all goes well for you, . And if you are new there will still be some hard times ahead where you might doubt ACT, but don't get put off. Practice, and more practice is the way. But go gently and be patient.
