For starters you might want to look at why you were considering BFL in the first place. Also, look at the alternatives to not doing BFL. If you are considering dropping out of exercising all together, then you might want to look at what your body is going to look like down the road. Do you want to feel better about yourself, or are you willing to risk it all to take it easy. What I need to get control over is my nutrition. I need to be more consistent in my approach. Also, my hypoglycemia has a bit to due with it the past few days.
