I am sorry to hear that your son has been sick. Is he better now?

I wish I knew what to tell you to successfully get rid of brain fog.

I never did figure that out! Mine just slowly dissipated in severity

and frequency over a period of time until it finally disappeared. I

still do occasionally get it, mostly around my period, but it is

rare. Otherwise, I am free of symptoms.

I do believe that exercise is extremely important once you are able to

be up and about and into a routine. Those with autoimmune symptoms

really do need to focus on getting some form of regular aerobic

activity in their lives to get the oxygen levels up, and I think that

helps us heal in great ways. I feel so much better when I exercise.

You may also want to look into possible heavy metal toxicity and how

to detox that, as heavy metals can contribute to neurological

problems, and heavy metals actually can be chelated with things like

raw garlic and greens such as cilantro.

I am happy to hear that you have improved with those changes you made!

Your healing will continue, I am quite certain, so be encouraged!

Hugs,

Patty

The brain fog may take a while to resolve . . .

You may find it comes and goes . . . and it may be one

of the symptoms you have when you herx. . .

If you can avoid getting upset about it, it will go a

long way to helping you avoid stress . . .

One lady used crack a joke about it being a blonde

day, or something to that effect when she made a dumb

mistake. It helped defray the stress at least.

If you'll keep a journal about how you feel and what

you're doing, you should see how you are progressing.

If you just look at things on a day by day basis, it

can get discouraging!

Please be patient - and good to yourself! . . . You'll

get there!

Hugs and prayers,

Rogene

A herx is where you temporarily feel worse because of

the effects of the toxins as they get stirred up and

are released from the body. . . The trick is

recognizing a herx for what it is and controlling it

so it doesn't become so bad it's a deterrent to futher

detoxing.

The positive part is that, after a herx, you will feel

better than you did before detoxing.

Hugs and prayers,

Rogene
