I never did " get " that part in the book about people with bigger fists being lucky because they are allowed bigger portions. Guess it is more of a rough guideline... I advocate just doing a calorie tally on occassion as a way of double-checking things. Better to catch it early if you're eating too much than be penalized by the scale, I say! Vitamins... I take a pile of them. I just started taking an iron tablet again (which guys don't need... :-P lucky sons of a guns) and it seems to be helping alleviate the deathly pallor I had going. I also take calcium, multi-vitamins, and some other assorted things. I do notice that if I skip them (which sometimes happens if I go out town over the weekend) that I feel like total crappola after a day or so. Spelling... ugh... now I'm paranoid!
