Man....my body doesn't know what it's doing today. I'm in a flare-up - and now my IBS is kicking up big time. I feel so sick and hurt so much all over. I was fine at work for the morning, but by mid-afternoon the cramping and various other issues I'd rather not articulate, began to happen. I barely made it home. Since I feel flu like so much of the time.....I don't know whether this is a part of the flare up or not. I feel like curling up in a ball and whimping out. Has anyone else experienced bouts like this. It's truly miserable. I feel pain all over and such stomach cramping and discomfort which makes everything worse. I'm drinking plenty of fluids...but am at a loss as to what to do next. I hesitate taking any meds that will counter-act what I'm experiencing, because it will start equally uncomfortable symptoms. What a catch 22. Any suggestions? FM is really a mean problem we have to deal with day in and day out. I'm looking forward to the time when I have some periods of relief between these periods of unbelievable discomfort. Right now I'm just feeling upset. I'm so grateful I finally have a place where I can talk about these things and people know, care and do what they can to help. Thank you so much,

Love and Strength,

Janet
