Hi Joanie,

I wasn’t sure if you had received any kind of response yet, but attached is what our center uses for time allocation. For our nurse coordinators, we split

after-hours pager time in half, and they then specify exactly how much time they spent on the phone with pre or post patients. Hope this is helpful.

Our Center is interested in knowing what others do pertaining to staff time allocation. Do you keep track of how much time each staff member spends on pre-transplant evaluation? If you do, how do you track it? Do you use an encounter

form, do you use a simple check off sheet? Any input is appreciated.
