Hi Angie,

Swanson has a probiotic with 66 billion live bacteria per capsule... And they

are mostly Bifido and Lacto organisms, just what you want! You only take one

daily with a meal....

The good news is they are on sale right now, Buy One, Get One Free!! I've never

seen these on salt before and they have been on sale for some time now... Good

time to stock up, I keep my backstock in the fridge..

Also try one of these codes to save even more!

Another good thing is making your own Kefir.... It has 57 strains of good

bacteria, very healthy....

Have you tried using MMS? If you have something going on in your gut you don't

know about, MMS should kill it... I stopped using MMS for 6 days to see if my

fatigue improved... It worsened, so did my gut, terrible gut issues... I am back

on 3 drops hourly today, fatigue and gut both are clearing up... Why? I have no

idea, but MMS gets to all cells in the body and kills most pathogens known......

Take care,

Jim

proven to help with IBS or help replenish gut flora? I really need a good

recommendation.

abdomen. I saw my GI doctor, he put me on OTC Align, a probiotic. It has helped

some, but not all the way. Wanted to see if there is a second or third probiotic

I can add that can possibly bring me all the way out of the woods of the severe

abdominal symptoms I have had for a while now.

Perfect instructions Lena!  It really is that easy!

I wrote the basic instructions to one group a couple days ago. Here's a group with all answers and sources of kefir grains:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Kefir_making/?yguid=408502367

but the basics are:!/4 to 1/2 C kefir grains. Add 16oz milk.

Set on counter in glass jar with paper towel and elastic cover, for 24 hrs, room temperature.I strain resulting culture (including the whey) into two containers: one for breakfast use, one for bedtime, which I lid but keep at room temp.

Put grains back in the culture jar. Add 16 oz milk. etc., etc., etc., That's it, basically.

Be well,Léna

Thanks Lena. ly I am so tired and already bugged down by so many regimens. Is making this kefir real easy? That's what I need now. I can't handle anymore. I went to the link you provided to see if at all it's easy to make, but it was a Yahoo group and I am tired of groups. Do you have a more direct link that will detail how to make it, so I can see if I'm up to it.

Hi Angie,Once you have your Kefir grains, rinse them with a stainless steel or plastic strainer (first time),place in a glass jar (I use canning jars) add either raw or organic milk, in 3 days you haveyour first batch of Kefir! I then strain this Kefir into a glass, recoup my grains from the strainer, place in a cleanjar, I add some of the Kefir I just made back in with the grains, then add more milk...I keep 3 jars of Kefir going, that way each one I dirnk is 3 day Kefir, which is healthyand tasty!!Take care,Jim> > > > Please does anyone know a REALLY good gut flora replenishing probiotic > > that is proven to help with IBS or help replenish gut flora?
