Guest guest
I received my Mercola cocoa nibs today and I have to say, they are not very tasty at all. They are bitter because the cocoa is unsweetened and they have a very faint chocolate taste. I don't mind the taste at all but my 13-year old daughter thought it was terrible. To be on the unhealthful side, they would be good added to a cookie recipe or perhaps in cooking -- a mole maybe. I'll eat a little bit each day for the antioxidants but it wouldn't pass as a treat.
