Sis is my nickname, though, you guys know me by what my closest friends and family call me (and you have all become my closest friends/family, so I'm glad I introduced myself with the name that those who really care about me use). To all others I use . I don't want the doctor's office to get the impression that I've been bashing her, though (I hope I haven't come across that way) - but this is something we need to know if we're going to be passing along information to others.
