I've heard that the body forms macrophages when it's trying to get rid of something it doesn't want. Some women have had " giant marcophages " on explant. This is possibly what you're feeling. It's unlikely these cancerous. When you do get approval, be sure the plastic surgeon you use will remove your implant " en bloc " and use drains following surgery. If the surgeon tells you that you'll be deformed, he/she is speaking of their own skills . . . Run! . . . I would get it in writing that they will do it en bloc, if at all possible. And, regardless, remove all the capsule. You're in a tough place right now . . . but you'll get through it and life will be good again!
