Hello Kenda,

Yes, I have appealed the insurance company. I have sent two packets

on seperate dates with my own personal statement, letter from the

doctor and information from the FDA pertaining to problems with

implants! The insurance company has finally assigned me a case worker

to help with my appeal, one of which could be an in-person appeal. I

have to put the surgery on a credit card for now, and I am fighting

tooth and nail until they pay me back!
